On August 1, 2024, Yang Yu-Chin, Chairman of WAM, was invited by Taiwan Affairs Office of the State Council to participate in the event - Xinjiang Tour For Taiwan Businessmen and Enterprises.

On August 2, Ma Xingrui, Secretary of the Party Committee of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, and Arkin Tuniyazi, Chairman of the Autonomous Region, held a seminar in Urumqi with a delegation of Taiwan businessmen and enterprises. The seminar carried out in-depth communication on deepening the win-win cooperation and promoting the common development of the two sides. Mr. Yang Yu-Chin, Chairman of WAM, was invited to participate in this seminar.
