From September 12th to 14th, the 26th China International Composites Exhibition (CCE) was successfully concluded at the International Convention and Exhibition Center (Shanghai).
As well known all over the world, it attracted the attention of the composites industry. Elites from the industry gathered together and new products from each country are full of beautiful things in visitors’ eyes.
WAM, together with Qingdao REGAL and Weihai LanKe, exhibited together with nearly 800 leading companies in the composites industry. The latest products and applications in the industry were showcased. A series of activities such as high-level forums and technical lectures also made a splendid appearance.
At this exhibition, WAM focused on presenting and promoting detailed information about a variety of advanced epoxy resin products for composites materials, the epoxy series including prepreg, adhesive film , pultrusion, filament winding, HP-RTM, etc.
The booth was designed on the basis of different product areas for different application fields, which was easy for customers to quickly and accurately find the products they need. At the exhibition site, WAM exhibitors enthusiastically introduced solutions to the visitors and customers, among which the towpreg and adhesive film products were highly favored. Many enterprises, customers and visitors came to the booth to communicate and negotiate in an endless stream.
Towpreg Series - Carbon Fiber Towpreg
Carbon fiber towpreg is the preferred material for dry winding pressure vessels. The product uses high-strength carbon fiber and epoxy resin. With excellent mechanical properties and excellent operability (appropriate viscosity, easy to unwind, high-speed winding), it can be widely used in aerospace, automobiles, ships, infrastructure, and sports fields.
Epoxy Adhesive Film Series - EF Series
At different curing temperatures and with different thicknesses, epoxy structural adhesive film has the properties of high strength, good toughness, aging resistance, controllable gummosis, etc. It can be used for metal bonding, composites plate-to-plate bonding, plate core bonding, prepreg interlayer bonding, etc., and are widely used in aviation, construction, railways, sports equipment, and other fields.
Prepreg Series - Prepreg Epoxy Resin
Solvent-free epoxy resin system has the properties of excellent laying operability, long pot life, low heat release during thermoforming. Also with excellent physical properties, it is suitable for carbon fiber, glass fiber and other products.
Pultrusion Series - Pultrusion Epoxy Resin
Pultrusion series are suitable for pultrusion process of high-performance composite materials. With excellent wettability to various types of fibers, smooth product surface can be obtained without adding powder materials. It is used in high-performance composite cable cores, carbon fiber medical rods, threaded composite bolts, wind blade spar caps, electric crossbars, wind blade embedded bolt sleeves, sucker rods, pultruded plates, sheets, and various profiled bars in the field of epoxy pultrusion industry.
