公司克服种种困难紧急调配物资，及时把“生活物资关怀礼包”分发给每一个员工，并时刻关怀在疫情期间被封闭在小区、公司、酒店等每位员工，多渠道积极帮助解决员工的各种生活所需。

另外，公司也非常重视疫情下员工的心理健康，专门发布《疫情期间心理健康建议》为大家积极调适内心，怀着信心、决心和勇气，坚定地守护家园，期盼春暖花开，上海平安！

组织封闭在社区的员工，居家办公之余积极加入社区抗疫工作中。

组织员工投入到社区志愿服务队伍中，为社区居民分发生活物资、组织核酸检测等，为守护社区居民健康，奔波在抗疫第一线。

2022年4月14日上午，公司在积极发挥力量支持抗疫同时，紧急筹备100份抗疫果礼包（蔬菜、水果、鸡蛋、大米等基本生活物资）配送至江桥镇增建村村委，并与江桥镇工会的张主席、徐科长和增建村吴书记、冯主任一起发放给村民。

公司希望可以为当地居民送去一份温暖和力量，坚信通过大家的共同努力，上海一定能够打赢这场疫情防控保卫战。

Practicing corporate social responsibility! WAM is taking action!

Shanghai is facing an even tougher challenge as it was plagued by the Omicron variant

since the beginning of March.

WAM carries the ball and takes action at this special moment to shoulder and guard this city.

Building a healthy line of defense

WAM overcame various difficulties to urgently allocate supplies and distributed the "supply pack" to colleagues who were under lockdown in the community, company, hotel and other areas during the epidemic, and actively helped employees to meet their various living needs through multiple channels.  

In addition, WAM also attaches great importance to the mental health of employees in the face of current lockdown. By issuing "Mental Health Advice During the Epidemic", WAM hope it could help colleagues to adjust the emotional feelings and safeguard our home and city with confidence, determination and courage. Looking forward to the victory of the fighting against COVID-19 and the beautiful warm spring in Shanghai.

Responding to the call of the state and Fighting in the front line

Organizing lockdown community employees to actively participate in community anti-epidemic work while working from home.  

Participating in the front-line fight against the epidemic

Organizing staff to participate in community volunteer service teams, distributing daily supplies and organized nucleic acid tests for community residents; rushing to the front line of fighting against COVID-19 to protect the health of community residents.  

Safeguarding the home and city

All the volunteer staff responded to the call, considering more, doing more and helping more as much as they could to protect our city and contribute to the fight against the epidemic.  

Shouldering and Guarding the responsibility 

On the morning of April 14, 2022, WAM urgently prepared 100 supply pack (vegetables, fruits, eggs, rice and other basic supplies) and delivered to the village committee of Zengjian Village, Jiangqiao Town, and distributed the supplies to villagers together with Zhang, the chairman  of Labor Union of Jiangqiao town, Xu, Section Chief and Wu, secretary of Zengjian Village, Feng, director of Zengjian Village.

WAM is willing to send warmth and strength to the local residents, and firmly believes that with the joint efforts of all, Shanghai will surely win the battle against the epidemic.

Thanks for the hard work of every front line staff in the fight against the epidemic when facing the chilly spring. With different identities but the same responsibility, WAM are in the forefront of the fight against the epidemic.
